32歲的前港姐朱千雪(Tracy)雖然去年起正式加入律師樓成為掛牌的執業大律師,但作為人妻朱千雪仍然努力為老公下廚煮愛心飯餸。不過日前千雪BB卻在網上出POST向一眾網民求救,皆因她睇住食譜下廚,連煮兩餸都宣告失敗收場,而這兩道小菜更是對一班靚太來說非常簡單的「蒸水蛋」及「豉汁排骨」。
千雪BB難得下廚,但卻失敗收場,她在IG限時動態中上載兩張照片,指自己在家蒸水蛋及豉汁排骨都失敗,她在醃排骨時,雖然知道食譜上寫用一茶匙醃料,但她卻「唔覺意」落了一湯匙!而蒸水蛋更加令她「崩潰」:
水蛋蒸極都唔熟...45分鐘後,個邊都燶埋,但係中間全部都係水。究竟做錯乜?

豉汁蒸排骨
材料:
新鮮腩排 10両
調味料:
- 豆豉 1茶匙
- 蠔油 1茶匙
- 生粉 1/4茶匙
- 老抽 1/4茶匙
- 蒜蓉 1茶匙
- 椒絲 適量
- 糖 1/4茶匙
